We hold your email, your league's history, and things your leaguemates wrote about you. Here is exactly what happens to all of it.

Who holds it
One person, not a company. Nobody else has access to the database, and the list below is every company that touches your data on the way through. To ask what is held about you, or to have it deleted, write to hello@assttothecommish.com.
What we collect
- Your name and email. How the league gets written to.
- Your league's history from Sleeper or ESPN: drafts, rosters, scores, trades, waiver moves.
- What your leaguemates wrote about you. Nicknames, old arguments, running jokes, votes about who is the slowest drafter.
The part most privacy policies would not tell you
That last one is unusual and worth being plain about. Somebody else can write something about you before you have ever visited this site, and we will hold it. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it, including the parts other people wrote. You do not have to be a customer to ask, and you do not have to give a reason. Write to hello@assttothecommish.com.
Who else sees it
We do not sell anything to anybody, ever. These are the companies that touch your data because the product cannot work otherwise:
- Anthropic writes the recaps, so your league's history and the notes about each other are sent to a model to produce them.
- Resend delivers the email and receives your replies.
- Twilio delivers the text messages, if you opted into those.
- Stripe takes the payment. We never see your card.
- Vercel runs the site.
Consent, and taking it back
Email and texts are separate choices and we record each one with the date you made it. Every message has a one-click unsubscribe and it works immediately, without a login and without asking why. Texts stop on a reply of STOP. If you leave, the recap stops naming you in anything about money.
How long we keep it
Your league's history for as long as your league uses the product, because a recap about eight years is better than one about eight weeks. Everything goes within thirty days of you asking. Deletion means deletion, not a flag on a row.
Children
This is for adults. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.
